The masterplan envisages a redevelopment of a former electronics factory site, known as Electronica, to create a mixed use 125,000 m² development. The site of approximately, 42,000 m² adjoins the Iride Business Park, developed in the 1990s, and is situated in North West Bucharest equidistant between the CBD and airport.
Primarily high and mid-rise office space surround a new piazza connecting the development with the metro station directly opposite the site, with basement and multi-storey parking.
