Hangzhou Bay Road is one of the main avenues within Jinshan New City. Located in the city centre, it hosts many important and recognisable buildings such as Jinshan District Government, Wanda Plaza, Meikailong or Washington Seaview.
The proposed design by RMJM has been built around five underpinning ideas for this pivotal gateway to Hangzhou Bay Boulevard:
