Designed by RMJM and Hazel Wong for first time client, CFH, a corporate finance institution headquartered in Beirut, Lebanon. This G+20 luxury residential tower occupies a prime waterfront plot in Business Bay, a prominent new business district in the heart of Dubai. The design typified by clean, elegant lines and simplicity of form, with floor to ceiling glazing making the most of long views from the site.
Highly specified studios, one bed, two bed and three bed simplex and duplex suites overlook the extension of the Dubai creek, with a four bedroom duplex, full floor penthouse occupying the upper floors. Retail is provided at grade level, linking with a landscaped creek side pedestrian promenade. Landscape design, by Strata Hong Kong, fits in sensitively with the precinct-wide master plan. Car parking is confined to basements.
