A record 20 months from the date it retained RMJM’s architectural services, Wyeth moved into a new headquarters campus. The design team used new technologies and methods which allowed simultaneous construction of various components of the 10,000m² campus.

The building sits within a site of expansive lawns, wooded areas, and gentle slopes. Underground parking preserves the serenity of the landscape. A three-storey atrium connects the five buildings and provides changing light throughout the day. The ground floor ‘Main Street’ provides dining, company store, conference centre and fitness centre as a central point of connection to coworkers and the larger company.
