GlaxoSmithKline Headquarters, England
The headquarters for GlaxoSmithKline is the largest building of its kind in the UK. Set in a landscaped campus, the building accommodates 2,500 employees and was designed by architects from RMJM in association with RHWL Architects of London.
The four buildings are linked together by an internal ‘pedestrian street’, which was designed as a zone for impromptu employee interaction. Interior spaces respond to changing work patterns and allow for the easy reconfiguration of office layouts.
