Snegiri Eco Luxury Residential Development, Russia
RMJM was commissioned to design this luxury lakeside residential and leisure development on the outskirts of Moscow. The brief was to provide the highest quality living environment and the masterplan creates private, semi-public and public gardens in order to create positive outdoor space which surrounds the townhouses, medium and high-rise apartments
The project was awarded an ARX Award in 2007 for 'Best Tall Building'.
