Park House, Scotland
Commissioned by NOAH City Developments to design and deliver 50 new apartments with rooftop penthouses and private underground car parking. This involved the conversion and integration of an existing grade 'B'- listed former church tower and adjoining 1960’s office building, located in Glasgow’s Park area, one of Glasgow’s outstanding conservation areas.
Floorplates and facades were extended and re-modeled in response to the original buildings form, the surrounding Victorian architecture and its new residential use. The building envelope was completely reconstructed and clad with honed Jura limestone and zinc cladding. The upper storeys and penthouses at the new sixth floor level were designed to take advantage of panoramic views across Glasgow.
