The hotel is being built as part of the inspired public investment in the city and transportation infrastructure of Vladivostok in anticipation of hosting the Asian Pacific economic summit in 2012. Upscale hotel facilities will include a large conference center as well as a sports and fitness center that will be utilized by visiting dignitaries, hotel guests, and clientele from the local business community.
