Hyatt Regency Danang Resort is 20-hectare luxury resort and residential development stretching along 650 metres of China Beach in Vietnam.
RMJM's designs include a landscape strip which serves as a buffer between the development and the public road and a rampart which doubles as a boundary to the resort and a space for retail and leisure facilities.The development retains the feel of a small-scale village and each building is angled to maximize the views of the sea and offering intimate accommodation in a sheltered tropical garden setting.
