RMJM were commissioned from masterplanning stage to schematic design for a 242 room Courtyard Hotel in Kolkata, India, on a 50 acre IT Park site previously masterplanned by RMJM. This 3-star hotel will cater to the IT professionals in the adjacent infospace campus and other surrounding offices.
The hotel comprises of a club floor, suites, all day dining, banquets, bar, deli, specialty restaurant, health club, business centre, and swimming pool.
