RMJM was selected in a two stage competition to design more than half of the first phase residential component of this large-scale riverside regeneration development, comprising more than 600 units.
Located on the north bank of the river, high specification luxury apartments were designed at a height of 14 storeys, offering spectacular views along the River Clyde.
The development focuses on the creation of a new cohesive and integrated riverfront location and RMJM worked with the developers to maximize density without compromising design quality or space requirements.
