The new regional French Development Agency offices, Top Plaza in Nairobi, were conceived following the expansion of the clients activities in East Africa and a growing need for purpose built office space.
The project was designed with the client, taking into consideration their needs for employee accommodation, meeting and conferencing facilities and more.
The design is contemporary in nature, responding to the need for natural day lighting and visual connectivity in the work space without adopting an open plan arrangement.
