Professor Vladimir Kvint is Chairman of the RMJM's Russia and CIS division and is responsible for the company's business growth in Russia and the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS). He has worked with some of the world's largest firms and was Director of Emerging Markets at Arthur Andersen in New York for several years.

Kvint is a leading expert on emerging markets and international business and is President of the International Academy of Emerging Markets. He has authored 21 books and over 350 articles, contributes frequently to Forbes magazine and acts as an advisor to the governments of several countries.

His most recent book, The Global Emerging Market: Strategic Management and Economics, was the subject of a special conference at the UN headquarters in New York in 2009.

He has held professorships at Fordham University, New York University, American University in Washington DC and at LaSalle University in Pennsylvania. Since 2007 he has been head of the Financial Strategy Department of Moscow School of Economics at Moscow State University.
