Roger joined RMJM in 2008 and is a Design Principal in the New York Studio. In addition to his commercial experience, Roger has extensive experience in educational design in both the United States and internationally. Some of Roger's recent projects include Health Sciences and Physical Education buildings for West Virginia University, a masterplan and several campus buildings for Ozyegin University in Istanbul, Turkey and a masterplan for the Al Asmariya University at Zliten in Libya.

Honoured in the 2008 Building Design+Construction's "40 Under 40" recognition programme, Roger received both a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies and Master of Architecture from the University of Wisconsin where he has been an adjunct professor, visiting critic and lecturer. Roger is a member of the American Institute of Architects and the Society of College and University Planners and is registered in the state of New York.
