Gale La Cava
Principal
Gale joined RMJM in 2008 and is a Principal in the New York Studio.
She manages the New York office and leads the core business services of the firm: Marketing, Business Development, Human Resources and IT. Gale has been focused on leading the marketing team and the in-house graphics department which support RMJM’s business development strategy by producing award-winning videos and promotional materials as well as design competition entries, proposals and project award submissions.
She holds a BA in Graphic Design from the University of Kansas.
