Declan Thompson initially worked with RMJM as an adviser during the 2007 merger with Hillier Architecture and subsequently joined RMJM's USA operation as Chief Finance Officer for North America, becoming Group Finance Director in 2008..
Prior to joining RMJM, Declan was a director at Deloitte, leading a specialist M&A and post-merger integration team, where he focused on the provision of transaction support services to companies at all stages of their development.
Declan is a Business Sciences graduate of Trinity College, Dublin.
