RMJM is recruiting new staff for our engineering design offices in Dubai and Abu Dhabi to meet the growing workload. Current projects include prestigious high- and low-rise developments throughout the MENA region.

Candidates will need to demonstrate excellent experience of structural, building services (MEP) or civil engineering and of specialist topics within these design disciplines.

We're also recruiting in-house project managers familiar with managing professional teams in the design and early post-contract phases of major developments – these candidates will need to demonstrate an ability to successfully plan and organise all parties to this process.

Applicants for all positions should be qualified with a relevant Degree/BEng and their experience should reflect technical excellence in the chosen field of expertise. A major factor will be an ability to communicate and comprehend all issues associated with the building process with an emphasis on the design phase.
